How to add an event to the What's On Guide

If you are an event organiser you can add your event for free to the what's on guide, to add your listing please first register with us and once you have completed the registration and logged in, return to the What's on Guide and click the 'Submit new event' link to add your event.


You have three options for the venue on the event listing form, you can choose any of the following. See also the image below.

  • Submit a new venue: the venue will be saved in our database, this is will save time if you're adding or going to be adding a lot of events at the same venue.
  • No Venue: for one off events.
  • Select: use the select button to choose a venue that is already stored in our database, if it's a popular venue we probably already have it saved so checking here can save you time.
