The French tax administration have confirmed in a recent instruction - reference 13K-5-12 - that the 2012 filing deadline for the 2012 trustee French tax reporting is postponed to 15 September 2012, from the original date of 15 June. The new date is also the payment deadline for the 0.5% trust tax charge where this applies.
