The peeping Tom who is married with children had been using his small digital camera to take secret shots of the women while they shopped in a local department store. The voyeur who has not been named acquired his shots by pretending to examine articles on the lower shelves of the Essone department store in Monthlery.
He had also been compiling the shots and video at his home in order to make short films.
