We are looking for tenants for a lovely house in the Loire Valley (about 45mins from Angers, Tours, Saumur and Le Mans).

We are moving back to the UK at the end of February and are looking to let our house out on a part-furnished basis. The house has 5 bedrooms and a lovely, large open-plan family room/kitchen. The garden has both lawn and woodland, is over 2 acres in size and is full enclosed – perfect for children and pets! The house itself is in the middle of the countryside and woodland but is still only a 10 minute drive to the local towns of Baugé and La Flèche (supermarkets, schools etc.).

We are offering this let at only €595 pcm (usual market rate for a house of this size would be €800). The interior of the house is newly renovated, but there is still a little work to do outside which we hope to complete in the coming year. We are looking to rent the property on a rolling 12 month basis, rather than the usual French 3 year lease, hence the discount in rent.
