The author Virginie Deflassieux runs the French Tax Department of PKF (Guernsey) Limited where she has been advising clients on the French tax implications of their move to France or French property purchases for the last 15 years. She handles the preparation and submission of French tax returns and offers advice on areas such as exposure to the main French taxes and tax planning. Virginie was born in France. She obtained a degree in business studies (which included French and international taxation issues) from IPAG (Paris, a French business school, in 1993.
